Colorado Springs Wedding | Marci + Josh

It wasn’t until a rainy day in September when Marci was flying out to Colorado Springs for a friend’s wedding that we first actually met. Although, long before we had heard stories about each other, seen each other in the backgrounds of our friend’s video chat, bought hideous green jerseys for Marci, etc. Upon her arrival, there was a very noticeable spark between the two of us. Eventually we went on a hike together at the Seven Bridges Trail and that is where we told each other that we had caught the feels. After much prayer and thought we realized the timing wasn’t quite right and we needed to wait. After Marci went back to Alaska, we spent six long months without any communication. All the while praying and asking God to show us His will. When Marci moved to Colorado Springs in April, it took a whole 4 days for us to begin our relationship. Ever since that day, God has provided amazing opportunities for us both to grow together, and on August 11, Marci said “Yes!

Marci and Josh shared their love on the perfect day in October. They were ready to start their lives under the Grace of God in an intimate and simple setting with family and friends.

Marci and one of the groomsman planned a unforgettable first look to surprise Josh (groom) with a dragon costume. This couple is full of laughter and live their lives to the fullest. Capturing their wedding has been such a blast! They are so close with their family and friends and words cannot express how much love these two have for each other. They trusted in God to show the way and at this wedding it proven to be so true that they are soulmates.
